Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel mixed in granules or powders.

This video shows how the metal separator detects metal contaminants in materials.
In the first pass, the qualified material passes through the system with no contaminants detected. In the second pass, a metal piece is intentionally added to the material to simulate metal contamination. The system detects the metal, triggers an alarm, and immediately rejects the contaminated material from the material.
