Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel in pills, tablets, capsules, granules.

• Supports multidimensional self-learning of product effect, environment interference, and material conveying speed. 

• Equipped with USB, RS485, and Ethernet ports, the system supports data export, networking, and remote control. 

• Equipped with 7-inch touchscreen, it supprots multi-level permission management and multi-language user interface. 

• Automatically stores and exports up to 500,000 operation & detection logs, and alarm records within 90 days for easy counting, querying, and tracing of data.

• Utilizes a crank-type screw adjustable frame. Inlet height and the angle of material passing pipe can be manually adjusted, saving space, ensuring compatibility with various pharmaceutical equipment (e.g., tablet presses, tablet dedusters, capsule filler and polishing machines).

• Product-contact parts are made of 316 mirror-finish staless steel and food-grade Teflon, meeting pharmaceuticals hygiene standards.
