Product Description
Metal Separator for Slow Falling Material Columns can be directly installed at the feeding inlet of extruders, injection molding and blow molding machines, to detect metals from materials in full tubes slow moving. Metal separator can effectively prevent the nozzle and hot channel of molds on injection molding machines and extruders from being blocked by metal contaminants (ferrous, copper, alumnium, stainless steel), as well as damage to the barrel screw or scratched molds, thereby avoiding downtime caused by machine or mold maintenance, improving production efficiency, and preventing product quality problems caused by metal impurities mixed in injection molded parts. It is widely used for detecting slow-moving granular materials (particles <6 mm) in full pipes, suitable for the plastics industry.
