Flange Connection

Customers are required to provide on-site pipeline inner diameter and outer diameter measurements. Are there any specific requirements for the flange outer plate size and hole location? The butt-weld flange can be specially customized (shape, size, butt hole position, flange thickness) according to the precise structural situation of the customer's site. Clamp Connection

Customers need to provide the inner and outer diameters of the lower outlet of the field hopper. We then add a corresponding section to the inlet and outlet of the metal separator to perfectly match the customer's size. With the heavy-duty clamp, the unit can be rapidly secured or detached at the site, making it ideal for lines requiring frequent cleaning. The clamp links are highly convenient and visually clean, as shown below.

Flexible Connection

A calculated minor gap is reserved between the inlet and outlet of the metal separator and the outlet of the customer's site equipment. Food-grade hoses or reinforced soft cloth strips are utilized for butting. The inlet and outlet of the metal separator, as well as the outlet of the reject chute, can all be configured for soft butting. This flexible connection effectively absorbs surrounding mechanical vibration, protecting the sensitive detection coil while allowing for quick alignment. As shown below.

Packing:To ensure the delicate internal electronics and precision mechanical valves arrive in perfect condition, every unit is securely fastened within a heavy-duty, standard export wooden case. The robust timber structure absorbs transit shocks and prevents compression damage during international freight handling.

Delivery Time:We understand the urgency of protecting your production line. After the deposit is confirmed, the manufacturing and assembly process starts right away. For standard configurations, the production time takes about 15 working days before the equipment is securely crated and dispatched.
