A factory specializing in plastic recycling approached us with a request to install a metal detector on their bottle cleaning line. The product to be detected is PET flakes in bulk form, and the metal detector needed to be installed on an overhead floor rather than on the ground. To facilitate understanding, their engineers provided a detailed model diagram and specified clear requirements, including the need for a flap rejection mechanism to remove flakes containing metal impurities.

A candy manufacturer approached us with a request to integrate a metal detector into their semi-automatic production line. According to the specifications they provided, the metal detector would be installed after the packaging machine. In their current process, workers place the candies into boxes, which are then sealed by an automatic sealing machine. The sealed boxes are transported via powered rollers to the conveyor belt of the metal detector. To ensure a smooth transition, we designed the metal detector's conveyor belt to be at the same height as the preceding rollers, minimizing any disruption to the workflow.

A client approached us with a unique requirement: they need to detect metal impurities in unpackaged sugar bars. Our metal detector machine was to be installed directly after the sugar bar production equipment. The sugar bars, with a diameter of approximately 4 cm, moved at an unusually slow speed of only 4 m/min. This presented a significant challenge, as our standard belt-type metal detectors are optimized for speeds ranging from 15 to 36 m/min, where they deliver the best detection performance.
