COSO PEC2005G3 high-precision pharmaceutical metal separator is a metal contamination detection and separation machine specially designed for pharmaceuticals and health products, which require high sensitivity. It offers high sensitivity, stable performance, and rapid detection and rejection of contaminated products. 

Function 

Detects metal contaminants such as ferrous, copper, aluminum, stainless steel in tablets, pills, capsules, graunles. 

Features 

• Processing rate can be up to 15,000 pills per minute, meeting the pharmaceutical industry requirement. 

• Equipped with product self-learning and memory functions, it can store up to 200 product parameters. 

• Equipped with detection log and alarm recording function, it can store up to 1,500 records of power-on, detection, operation, and fault data, enabling traceability. 

• Supports multi-language user interface, allows for tiered access control. 

• Features compact design and saves space. Inlet height and the angle of material passing pipe can be manually adjusted, ensuring compatibility with various pharmaceutical equipment (e.g., tablet presses, tablet dedusters, capsule fillers and polishing machines).

• Product-contact parts are made of 316 mirror-finish stainless steel and food-grade Teflon, meeting pharmaceuticals hygiene standards. 

• Adaptive power supply 110–240 V (±10%), 50–60 Hz.
