Different Connection Methods

Flange Connection

This high-quality butt-weld flange is suitable for a wide range of pipe systems. Customers only need to provide the on-site pipe inner and outer diameters, and we can customized the flange to meet specific requirements. The flange's outer diameter, hole positions, thickness, and inner diameter can be designed according to the site conditions, ensuring a precise fit with the pipe and enhancing sealing and reliability. Its shape, size, and butt hole position can also be tailored to accommodate complex installation needs, making it an ideal solution for projects that require high-precision, site specific pipe connection. 

Clamp Connection

Customers need to provide the inner and outer diameters of the lower outlet of the field hopper, and add a section of the inlet and outlet of the metal separator to the same size as the customer. With the clamp, it can be used at the site. The clamp links are convenient, as shown below. 

Flexible Connection

A little gap is reserved between the inlet and outlet of the metal separator and the outlet of the customer site. Food-grade hoses or soft cloth strips are used for butting. The inlet and outlet of the metal separator, the outlet of the reject can be used for soft butting. The soft connection can avoid vibration. As shown below.
