Based on this, weighing section is equiped with a lifting mechanism to minize the impact of heavy products and also protect the sensor. Equipped with a roller conveyor, the equipment smoothly transports heavy products, reducing friction and wear while ensuring materials flow smoothly through the system. The roller weighing section combines with rodless cylinder rejection which saves installation space. And this is suitable for heavy products.
Heavy products may generate strong impacts during conveying. A lifting mechanism is placed under the roller to minize the impact. When a non-compliant is inspected, the cylinder will vertically lifts the product, separating it from the weighing platform. Then the rodless cylinder rejection rejects the non-compliant product.
The equipment can receive signals which indicate the production line's operational status. If no object is inspected, the roller stops. When objects arrive, the operation resumes automatically.
After products reach the weighing section, the roller stops to weigh. If the weight is qualified, operation resumes and products are conveyed to the downstream line. If the weight is non-compliant, the product is precisely rejected without affecting the weighing platform.
