Enclosed transparent design can isolate external interference, and also allow for real-time visibility of the products as they pass by. Besides, this design provides enough space to install other equipment inside.
The control panel is installed in the frame casing, making operation and monitoring simple and convenient.
To match the customer's production line, the frame is customized with white baked paint.
The inside has mounting brackets for installation of visual equipment, allowing images of each weighed product to be captured.
Defective products are rejected by rodless cylinder, and the roller-type catch bin can collect them.
Non-conforming products are rejected by rodless cylinder and collected in the roller-type catch bin.
