A client approached us with a unique requirement: they need to detect metal impurities in unpackaged sugar bars. Our metal detector machine was to be installed directly after the sugar bar production equipment. The sugar bars, with a diameter of approximately 4 cm, moved at an unusually slow speed of only 4 m/min. This presented a significant challenge, as our standard belt-type metal detectors are optimized for speeds ranging from 15 to 36 m/min, where they deliver the best detection performance.

Previously, a client from a large quarry approached us with a specific requirement: they needed to install a metal detector on their production line to detect metal impurities within the stones. Large quarries typically have comprehensive video surveillance systems, and this client provided detailed information, including the installation location for the machine, the on-site conditions, and the technical parameters of the production line. The width of conveyor is around 1600 mm.
