  • A manufacturer of plastic components approached us with a request to integrate a weighing machine into their production line. Their process involves packaging multiple plastic parts into a bag, and any deviation in the number of parts results in a weight change. The weighing machine is designed to detect these discrepancies and automatically reject any non-compliant bags.
  • A waffle manufacturer approached us with a request to integrate a weighing machine into their production line. Their waffles are produced as whole sheets, measuring approximately 360 mm in length, 500 mm in width, and 20 mm in height. To accommodate these dimensions, we custom-designed the weighing section to ensure accurate and efficient weighing before the waffles are cut into individual portions.
  • A food bag manufacturer approached us with a request for a checkweigher to be installed after their packaging machine. The goal was to detect whether the product weight met the required standards, thereby identifying underweight or overweight packages. Generally, integrating a weighing machine into a production line yields better results compared to manual feeding. This is because, in dynamic weighing, factors such as the position of the product on the conveyor belt and the uniformity of its weight can significantly affect accuracy. In a production line, the position of each product is nearly identical, whereas manual feeding can introduce variability.
