Flange Connection
Customers are required to provide on-site pipeline inner diameter and outer diameter. Are there any requirements for flange outer plate size and hole location? The butt flange can be specially customized (shape, size, butt hole position, flange thickness) according to the specific situation of the customer site. The circled part is the butt flange.
Clamp Connection
Customers need to provide the internal and external diameters of the lower outlet of the field hopper, and add a section of the inlet and outlet of the metal separator to the same size as the customer. With the clamp, it can be used at the site. The clamp links are convenient and beautiful, as shown below.
Flexible Connection
A little gap is reserved between the inlet and outlet of the metal separator and the outlet of the customer site. Food-grade hoses or soft cloth strips are used for butting. The inlet and outlet of the metal separator, the outlet of the reject can be used for soft butting. The soft connection can avoid vibration and quickly. As shown below.
