Product Video: Metal detector for a 15 kg bag of silica
This video showcases the metal detector's operation. First, a 15 kg bag of silica passes smoothly without any metal contaminants. Then, 2.5 mm ferrous metal, 3.0 mm non-ferrous metal, and 3.5 mm stainless steel add into the silica in sequence. When metal contaminants are detected, the belt stops immediately, and the contaminated product is automatically rejected. This demonstrates the high precision and efficiency of the metal detection system in identifying and removing various types of metal contaminants, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
